  • Insulated|Heated|Cooled--Every Job Pod is fully functioning, complete with advanced super insulation and a mini heating and cooling system that is remote controlled by you. It can be heated and cooled quickly…no need to keep the heat and cooling running while you are not there.
  • Power|Lights|Internet--All of the essentials are in every Job Pod. Electricity will be run from your home, so there is nothing complicated, no additional work on your part. Ceiling mounted LED lights provide you with more than enough lumens for any task, and of course your bring your own touch with lamps to match your style. The internet will there too. Depending on your situation and desires we can either set up a WiFi linkage or run cabling that supports internet and TV. All of this in your private Job Pod.

Create your own part of paradise to do yoga or get in your powerlifting or ride the Alps on your exercise bike? Make it anything you want.   • No Permits--Job Pods do not require building permits, just simple zoning permits. No delays waiting for city hall to approve things. And, we will take care of this permitting for you…we know how to work with your local governments to get fast approvals.
  • Ready in weeks--Our whole process from Dreaming to Design to Deploy is set up to go quickly. No long delays or waiting on things to arrive. Our suppliers and designers can turn things quickly. Of course, there is no getting around waiting for concrete to cure and paint to dry
  • Minimal disruption--Our Job Pods are engineered so that on site assembly is quick and easy. We will need 1-2 days for the foundation and then we will return for 3-4 days of assembly. All the while you will have full access to your home; there will not be any strangers coming in and no construction dirt to clean up.
